SHIPPING

Let’s make this easy. FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 and FREE Returns on unworn clothing (domestic only). Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. PO Boxes and US Territories will ship standard through the US Postal Service, so please allow up to an additional transit time.

 

Q: Where Do You Ship From?

We mostly ship from Rugged Black’s hometown of Denver, CO. We will be offering free local pickup very soon.

 

Q: How Can I Track My Order?

We’ll send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information after we ship your order. Please check your spam folder. Add us to your contact list to ensure we always hit your inbox.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. We are a small startup brand, so we don’t want the hassle just yet.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?

30 days. You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn, unused clothing and accessories. We pay for return shipping. The only exceptions are for gift cards, customized, and sale items.

 

Q: How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Hit us up on our contact page or returns@ruggedblack.com. Include your order number and email address. We’ll email you a shipping label that you can slap on a box and send back.
